Lectures and Classes    

PPT is currently looking for a facility that will support our concept of a learning center. We will continue to come to you at your facility, as that is a major part of what we do.

Currently, we have private exercise class commitments on Tuesdays and Thursday from 11:30AM-1:00PM, and 4:00PM-5:30PM. If you do not have a facility, and would like a morning or afternoon class, we can arrange for a facility.

  

 

Individual Classes: We can come to your home or office. Fee for the Exercise Training is $60.00 for the first two hour session, $40.00 per hour long session, or $30.00 for half-hour PPT-INTENSIVE.

Call for Individual Personal Safety Class fees, as they are set-up by what the client requests.

Personal Safety Classes: How to develop a PLAN. Psychological and Physical Aspects. Legal Aspects. Personal Safety Home Inspection. "SAFE ROOM" Set-ups. Individualized Physical Fight-Back Techniques and Strategies. Scenario Training

Group Personal Safety Classes: Consists of Lectures on PLAN development. Personal Safety in the Work Environment. Physical Technique basics. Scenario Training.

For classes outside of the Quad-County(Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Genessee) area, or outside of Michigan, please call for special pricing.

Discounts are available for Seniors and Non-Profit Organizations. Special Discounts will soon be available for AARP members.
