Even when we do Group classes, we show you modifications that will enable you to set your own pace, or address concerns like knee problems, back pain, or shoulder problems, as well as others.
PROGRESSIVE knows the "key" to SUCCESS, lies in our 4 "MUST"(Muscle Utilization and Sensory Techniques)Principles:
- Flexibility: a more supple body can be less prone to injury and improve joint mobility.
- Resistance Training: weight bearing exercise to strengthen muscles FUNCTIONALLY, and sustain bone mass and structure.
- Cardio: aerobic conditioning to sustain and improve heart and lung health.
- Mindset and Nutrition: positive mental attitude for consistency and Stress relief; the best foods to "fuel" your body and mind functions.
